そんなに時間もなく、新幹線降りて場当たり的に麺屋さんで昼食。ここはやっぱり、きしめんでしょう〜。オススメマークがついてた、名古屋コーチンのトリ南蛮のせを注文。
つゆ、黒い。がっつり醤油味。

I visit Nagoya city.
Kishimen the noodle of kind is one of special foods in this city, so I eat it at lunch.
What a darker!
Noodle's soup normally have dark color in East Japan (ex: Tokyo), but it normally have light color in West Japan (ex: Kyoto, Osaka, my city). I think, Nagoya is positioning between east and west, so I couldn't imagine that Nagoya is the darker soup area.
